We suggest the following sites are worth a visit:

  • ARLES - The Amsterdam of the South

A suspicion of the presence of Vincent van Gogh seems present all around; Arles mixes Art and the art of living. The arena, the sight of the Rhone and the many plazas and the city park will leave some unforgettable impressions.

Arles is also the door to the Camargue. Some kilometres further South you will land in historical villages such as Aigues-Mortes, or you drive on gravel roads along chanals, wild horses and pink flamingos or stay at one of the many lonely beaches of the South.

  • MONTELIMAR

    Capital of Nougat

Our second home-town is a real regional centre, in spite of its limited size. Montelimar is a lively town with a flourishing commerce. The “avenue Provençale” surrounds the old town with many alleys, shops and bars.

Various commercial centres are situated beyond the town border; providing daily fresh

supplies of daily needs and delicacies. Note that the pastry shop with the unexpected name of Escobar made the most delicious cakes that Juliette Binoche has ever tasted.
