A stay of minimum one week is requested, arrival and departures on Saturday, unless otherwise confirmed. The villa can be occupied as from 5 pm and departures are foreseen at 11 am latest.

The cost of the weekly cleaning on Saterday, the wash-and ironing session, the telephone and the use of Internet will be deducted from the advance payment and the credit will be returned. An intermediate cleaning is possible and has to be agreed directly with the cleaning lady (12 €/H).

Bed sheets, pillows and towels are at your disposal in the residence.

Conditions for your stay

To respect the living conditions of other guests and for everyone's comfort we request to refrain from smoking inside the villa (also in the bedrooms). Domestic animals are not allowed unless acceptance is expressively confirmed. The journey is maximum allowed for maximum 4 persons.

Rent

During the low season (from half September till the end of May) the villa is rented at 770 € per week (55 € per person/day) for use by 2 persons and 840 € (30 € per person/day) for 3 or 4 persons. During the high season and the fortnight around New Year the villa is rented for 910 € (65 € per person/day) for use by 2 persons and 1008 € (36 € per person/day) for 3 or 4 persons. The rent and the advance payment are payable at reservation; preferably 2 months before the start of the occupation.

An advance payment of 175 € is due as down payment for the general costs of cleaning, telephone, washing and ironing session etc. Debit is returned to you. Credit cards are not accepted.
