The villa was built in1998, on a plot of 600 m2 and borders the fairway nr 11 of the golf course "La Valdaine". The total surface of both levels is 110 m2. A large living with dining and an  adjacent open kitchen have the colors of the Provence.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a ceramic cooking plate, air exhaust, combi magneton oven, frigerator with deepfreeze, dishwasher, coffee set, etc. Iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner are available. The washing machine is installed in the heating room next to the kitchen. Everything you need to enjoy jour stay is at your disposal. 

The TV – installed in the living room – receives various channels and a stereo-cd player with cassettes is at your disposal. Telephone and Internet connection are also available.

The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms, each with 2 (90x200 cm) beds, assembled to a single bed. Each bedroom has a bathroom with toilet.

Three large terraces with adequate garden furniture are located around the villa, offering a choice of sunny- or shaded places.
